Dominion Academy of Dayton exists to offer Christian education in a Christian environment. Students will be carefully selected in order to maintain high standards. Applications will be accepted on the basis of available space and approval of Dominion Academy of Dayton staff.
Tuition Fees and Schedule
Step 1 – Submit the Application for Admission
Complete the Application for Admission and the Request for Records form for the student’s previous school if applicable. All applicants must submit the required documents (including report cards, standardized test scores, attendance records, discipline records, IEP, 504 plan, etc…) as stated in the application. Submit paperwork along with the $60 non-refundable application fee ($30 for each additional student).

Step 2 – Assessment Testing to be Completed
Our goal is for all students to be successful at Dominion Academy. In order to place applicants in the proper grades and classes, an assessment of grammar, reading comprehension, and math is required. Once all documents and fees from step 1 have been received, you will be contacted by the school office to set up an assessment appointment.
Step 3 – Head of School Meeting
Once step 2 is complete and all paper work and assessments have been evaluated by the academic directors, prospective students and parents will meet with the Head of School. You will be contacted by the school office to schedule this meeting.
Step 4 – Acceptance and Enrollment with Academic Director
After the Head of School meeting, you will be notified concerning acceptance to Dominion Academy via mail. The letter will inform you of the provisions of acceptance and include the required forms and documents for enrollment. The new student’s academic director will contact you to enroll your new student.
For students enrolling in non-academic, non-athletic classes only (ACT/SAT Test Prep Class, Theatre/Drama, Art). Complete all the required forms:

We reserve the right to deny enrollment to any applicant at the discretion of the Dominion Academy School Board. Such denial will never be on the basis of race, color, or national origin. To be accepted as a student at Dominion Academy, at least one of the student’s parents/guardians must be actively and regularly involved in a Christian church and in good standing (home church will be contacted to verify).
